We offer a full, money-back guarantee on all purchases within 30 days. To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our team at support@lullabee.com or use the form below. Please include your order number and the email address originally used to place your order.
- Get Your Shipping Label: Keep a look-out in your email for a Fedex shipping label from us to use to return your package.
- Package Your Mattress: Securely pack your Lullabee mattress in its original shipping box. Be sure to remove the battery from inside the mattress and place it back in the accessories box prior to mailing.
- Ship Back To Us: Affix the label we provided to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off at your nearest Fedex location.
- Receive Your Refund: Expect to see a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
